How do I cancel an order on Vinay Collection.com ?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped,(email) we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know we’ll help you regarding the same

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please miscall our customer care at+91-9784408808 or email us at care@vinaycollection.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement,

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.
3. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 5 hour of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers. Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products and bulky items like furniture/statues/paintings/temples (mandir) cannot be returned. Custom stitched products cannot be returned.

How to Return Product ?

1. Log on to your Vinaycollection customer account.

2. After login click on "View your order history"

3. Your order details will be displayed there, click on Arrow button ( )icon to view your with more detailed format.

4. Now click on " red colored return arrow icon"

5. Product return page will open, fill up the details and submit us. You will be replied by mail very soon.

How to return a product ?

Kindly Note that We are not providing any kind of reverse pick up for now.

So, You have to courier us the product to our below shipping address.

Please return us the product at our below shipping address:

As we get our product back, you will be refunded within 2 days to your given bank account details. Refund amount will only include "Product amount total paid by customer" (including delivery charges).

And, we will be provided Rs.10/- voucher. You can use that voucher on any product purchase on www.vinaycollection.com

[ Note : Please Confirm : The Company will pay nothing for return courier shipment charge. The Buyer will be responsible for paying all charges regarding returning product shipment. ]
